State bank of India was established in the year 1973 with a vision of satisfying their customer which the best of services in minimum time and at minimum cost.

If the customers of SBI have any problem related to bank services or they want any information, they a meet senior executive of every bank branch on 15th of every month. The timings for meting are 3 pm to 5 pm. 

There is no need to get any prior appointment and ask for the meeting.  In case if the 15 of the month is a public holiday or a Sunday the customer can meet on the next working day. Customers who have any problem can also solve out their problem by filling a complaint from available at the official website of the bank.

The bank also facilitate internet banking facility, under which the candidate can request a login internet id and its password by filling up a request form. After some day a internet user id and password is allocated to the user.

The customer can avail the facility of internet banking in many ways; the bank gave them the facility of paying taxes, reading of shares, banking transactions, paying direct and indirect taxes.
